So I had to do the city sprinter scenario a couple of times just because the ACS-64 wont start. I would loud the passengers, turn on the safety systems, put the automatic and independent breaks in release, have the train on forward, and move the throttle to around 25-30% and it will not move. Any help would be nice.

When I get to the platform the pantograph is up on the locomotive, but I honestly don't know where the circuit breaker would be located in the cab

So everything worked, but once I got to 17mph yellow and red bars would appear on the front display and the train would come to an complete stop and this occurred three times. Suggestions anyone?
