There is a bug in TSW 4 for East coastway The passengers exit on the wrong side of the train and it's actually quite funny I'm not sure if you guys are aware of it but I thought I'd post a theater here about it It happens at almost all the stations the passengers will just warp through the opposite side doors pretty easy to reproduce I would hope but who knows thanks
Which platform are you on? Also which TSW version. I ask because I'm on PC, use TSW3, only ever play that route, and have never seen that behaviour. It should aid fault finding if you can specify platform, TSW version (might be a bug introduced with TSW4) specific service number, locations etc.
I'm on TSW 4 and PlayStation 5 I don't remember the station I originally seen at but I think it started with a b if that helps at all. I find it mostly happens with AI trains but it does occasionally happen with the user train I've also seen it on TSW3 on Long Island railroad

This used to be an issue with scenario planner. Trains were spawned in backwards, so you would need to open the doors on the opposite side of the platform. This was fixed, but maybe it has been re-instated.
