Welcome to the new home of player feedback. The ultimate goal of player feedback is to improve everyone's experience by considering a broad range of feedback and targetting what we feel would be the most impactful.

Each new release will get its own dedicated feedback thread, which will be created by a Dovetail admin ahead of release. This new centralised location for feedback is to ensure that we can track the journey each add-on goes on as it goes through the cycle of release, feedback, and update. Whereas before, the discussion may have been spread over multiple threads in different locations.

When leaving feedback, please ensure that you include the following information in your post for context:

• Game
• Platform
• Specific Information (Loco, Services, Scenario Name and Times)
• Examples (Screenshots)

If you wish to discuss an upcoming add-on, specific feature, please use the TSW General Discussion forum.

For gameplay/technical questions, please use the TSW Troubleshooting & Issues Discussion forum.

However, if you discover a genuine bug, where something is not working as intended we would still encourage players to submit a support ticket to ensure that it gets logged on our internal bug tracking system.
