Watching an ambassador video of Isle of Wight recently, I learned that this was also available separately. I'd heard of the revamp but assumed it was all part of the IoW DLC, as Island Line doesn't show up on the Xbox TSW store, so I was unaware of it.
I don't want the original as I find old underground stock slightly creepy for some reason, but the 484 looks much better.
I found it in the Microsoft Xbox store for the princely sum of £15 so plan to buy it very soon!
Just a heads up that for some reason it doesn't show up on the regular TSW store. I wonder why :)

I've never heard the second best ever London Transport design "creepy" before (CO/CP takes the top award IMO). Maybe it's that they're a bit dated and their size and small windows mean they're quite dingy inside?

Not creepy per se, but a bit of character. Sadly I still find Rivet's take on the 484 a bit off. Seems to accelerate way too briskly and at times sounds more like a DMU than an EMU. Certainly nothing like D78 stock, though it's possible the traction equipment was reworked during conversion.

Are you looking under the route name? I believe it is sold as a loco DLC (Class 484) but had the route thrown in so you might find it under that name. The old IOW route is not required to play the revamped one.

    Yes you're right, cheers!
I like the 484, as Vern says it is quick off the mark - lurch! Then braking is tricky as you think you're going to overshoot then the brakes bite at the last moment to bring it in. I'm usually stopping short right now - more practice required ;)
