Please finish off the 465 variants. Its good we have the 465/9 as they are about to stop running for good once SE get their new (or rather hand-me-downs) Electrostars for Southern, but I'd like to see the 465/2 and 466 done as they are both Metro-Cammell. After that I'd love to see the ABB variants covered, I wouldn't mind seeing them in a separate pack as although they look similar at a first glance they are very different so I'd love to see those differences in game (as well as the obvious motors), and thankfully the /0 & /1 have a few more years left. Then I'd love to see the 455 for SWT/SWR, or if it is still possible (maybe by rehashing the DTG -8) some for the London Commuter Route. I'd love to see the SWT/SWR get some representation in game. Waterloo to Guildford via the fast and commuter lines via Cobham and Epsom or Waterloo to Portsmouth via Woking, but I'd like both to contain Hampton Court (especially for the latter to allow end-to-end runs).
Locos Class 91 - bet no one saw that coming Class 800 Class 802 Class 220 Class 221 Class 700 FLU Routes NCL -> YRK NCL -> EDB YRK -> PBO (extension, hopefully not at too steep an additional cost) PBO -> KGX STP -> Bedford / SHF, don't really mind as long as it passes HPD, SAC, etc. - of course with both 222 and 700

https://forums.dovetailgames.com/threads/dovetail-games-season-of-reveals-2024-week-1.87470/ jack#9468 - From their post, I think mawganh knows Stratford to Willesden Junction is coming, but wants the Willesden Junction to Clapham Junction part as well.
Maybe as a freight loco (not for any specific route) the class 70. We definitely need more UK freight locos
WCML Trent Valley Rugby To Stafford 52 Miles 8 Stations Rugby Nuneaton Atherstone Polesworth Tamworth Lichfield Trent Valley Rugeley Trent Valley Stafford Trains: Class 805/807 Class 390 Class 350 Class 66 Class 221
I'd say the 805/807 and another 350 variant would be good stock to have with the base route. Especially as it would add to the existing fleet we have in the game already (66,390 and 350/1)
I noticed in the background of one of their screenshot that the DLR rolling stock will feature. Suggests that the route may be an additional cost for an add on or maybe included.
Sorry to bring this topic back up though, I just wanted to know your thoughts and whether you think the trains will be operational or just stationary
It would be grsat though if it was playable that would definitely make up for the curtailment of the route. That would be great for guard mode aswell. Let's see what happens.
Would be good, but I think it’s a lot more work - as when a train is AI, Matt said the physics aren’t being simulated. So it’s possible the proper physics aren’t simulated for the train. Don’t know for sure though. Does DLR generally have guards? I always got the impression it was generally unmanned. also not sure - does the dlr go far along the route?
The DLR branches off almost instantly down to Pudding Mill Lane on the route towards Canary Wharf. It would be a great route to be able to guard. There is a guard present on every DLR train controlling the doors and inputting things to get the train to move. Additionally, they do often check the passengers tickets on this route
Just to add to this, the DLR being present in the picture does make me wonder why they didn't mention it as part of the Roadmap page. It seems to have been done intentionally so that implies to me that it will be created as a controllable experience. I will be checking in with the roadmap stream and seeing if they provide any more information about it there
