It's unlikely.
When I play TS, there are several big FPS drops, which is due to scenery loading. The -fastload gave some help, but then it got worse again....

TSW has much worse antialiasing than TS, although it has better graphics. TSW should have at least as good antialiasing than TS, if it's possible.
