The only train I regularly use that cares about overspeed is the 390 pendolino with its TASS system often intervening when I miss a speed limit sign.

I think it is bugged under certain circumstances, I drive the 66 alot & there have been a few instances where they refused to release.

As far as I know no GSMR on any train outside of Train Simulator Classic & even then it's the 3rd party guys who do this & not DTG.
