This can be a problem in TSW & TSC, I think the stereo effect is way over done at times!

I think the crashes are down to the huge level of detail, I think slowing down allows the PlayStation to handle all the objects being loaded...
Nahverkehr Dresden is my favourite German DLC, my tip for avoiding crashes is to just take it slow, 50km/h when you get to Dresden Neustadt...
