Personally I would set it back a few years as the 91s are beautiful to drive.
The only issue is that the 225s don't run any further north than York on the mainline any more so would probably be better set a few years ago.
Very good suggestion overall. I am sure some will disagree but I would personally have it set when the vp185 hst sets were bombing up and down the...
Agreed, there is much more to England than the southeast and electrostars which needs to be represented in game.
Yeah I must admit that I live alongside the ECML and the azuma livery does make them look smart. I think the diesel legend idea is one which would...
Nice suggestion but I can't help but wonder if it would be better set in the days of deltics and valentas though the 91 is very enticing. I mean...
I am experiencing the exact same here mate!!!
I think that 6 car is the minimum.
I do think that you are right in saying that.
Well lner run five car azumas (class 80x), grand central have 5 car class 180s, hull trains run 5 car 802s I believe and lumo have 5 car 803s. GTR...
I can only hope and pray that ECML will be a future route however although I hope it does I would assume it doesn't mean anything . Good spot I...
Route: Southeastern Highspeed Loco: BR Class 395 [ATTACH]
From todays roadmap: [ATTACH]
Yeah Deltic would be a challenge but imagine the noise. I think a HST would probably do it alright though.
Easily do it in a 91 or 800 down stoke.
Agreed why should the rest of us suffer due to his poor behavior.
Yep a beautiful section of line and have lived along this section for my whole life so would welcome it with open arms.
I was more saying it is odd and quite rare for people in England to spell it the american way and wasn't meant to be a dig at any other country or...
This is very odd and confused me a little as DTG are an English company so you would have thought they would spell it correctly.
I will be buying it as I do think there is clear progression from TSW2.
I am hoping for part of the ECML with either Deltics or 225s. I wouldn't be surprised if they do something in the midlands though.
Yeah nice to see someone who like me has an overall positive view. Obviously it will not be perfect but people constantly complaining is tiresome....
Agree with this as I am in a similar boat as I wouldn't touch the german or american routes with a barge pole and already own southeastern...
St pancras to Ashford on hs1 yes.
Believe that is just dynamic weather mate, except on SEHS and SOS which are getting all the mod cons. If I am wrong I am sure someone will very...
I do believe that tsw3 will also be on game pass from day 1. It now will go to Ashford International as part of the extension mate.
SEHS has had 45 miles added to it not 7 and London to Brighton and East Coastway will get the dynamic weather.
That is exactly my point as I would love to see one of these mainlines (much preferably the ECML) recreated rather than another load of rubbish...
Wow one route which is set in Scotland anyway so there is nothing up north which I generally think of and was refering to as the north of England...
haha mysterious things happen ;) I mean it is time for some BR blue to make a reappearance though.
I mean what are we thinking, how dare the north still exist!!;)
I honestly wouldn't want to see this in game... yet. I am fed up with routes in the southeast with the boring flat wasteland which surrounds the...
Overall I am rather impressed but seriously another route in the south east with an electrostar is, in nice terms, a bit of a joke. At least the...
Route: Northern Trans-Pennine Locos: BR Class 45 and BR Class 101 (it's in the background but can be seen) [ATTACH]
Route: Tees Valley Line Locos: BR Class 20 [ATTACH]
Personally I think it should be the 91 and valenta hsts as a minimum and the regional eurostar as potential dlc or if we are lucky as a 3rd loco...
So simple but brilliantly funny and brings back memories from the days of the compartment stock.
I would love to see this route as for me it ticks most of the boxes for a perfect route and also who doesn't love the ecml.
I hadn't forgot about the hst as it would have to be included in any ecml route but I said deltics as I have much fonder memories of them passing...
Yeah modern day or just for the deltics late 70s or early 80s.
Yep sorry got mixed up with your other suggestion mate.
So why didnt you include the 390 in the suggestion then?
Yeah but retford to hull. Personally do it from peterborough to doncaster in the late 70s or early 80s when deltics were still bombing up and down...
If the WCML is going to be included in tsw lets at least hope it would have a 390 or even better have it done back in the 80s or 90s.
There are definitely better sections of the ECML which could be done rather than only going from hull to retford.
Do correct me if I am wrong, but what you are saying is that the brave people who have chosen to essentially give up many aspects of their life to...
I have just as much admiration and respect for the RAF of 1940 as the RAF today. In actual fact I have the same amount of respect for everyone who...
If any part of the WCML was made it would at a bare minimum need to have 390s on it. Anyway I would much prefer the ECML.
Living along the ECML all my life I would prefer the EC but I would settle for WC as it does go into this strange place which still exists...
