Our only 3rd party route developer is HIS, so ehh maybe maybe not, some good people there, but also not some good people.
Sand Patch Grade had a lot longer development time then the commercial routes that DTG put out now, they put a damn good amount of work into...
There were reports that there is security footage of potentially him around one of the switches then leaving, before coming back to record.
Knowing DTG, they would just slap paint on the C40-8W, SD40-2, and GP38-2, throw it on Sherman Hill with the current cars and call it a day.
Did some railfanning of the area yesterday, and honestly, a revision is to make a timetable based on the current one, with the EMU's in a limited...
SP's video from when they were 1st released almost a year ago, not sure if anything has change with the steam release. [MEDIA]
I think the interesting thing about these, is that they are priced at only $12, not the normal $20 we've seen from other devs. Thats a great...
Without breaking the timetables too much, if Reppo remade his AEM-7 in Phase V for TSW, it would work, but it would probably need a new timetable...
Or unofficial, I remember last year someone hinted at AVL by somehow finding it on DTG's site.
I don't think the US "needs" a full on expert loco with full on safety setting to suffice. Alot of the good "Pro Range" works on TSC work just...
Maybe HIS shows off something in the near future, or maybe Gary does his Gary thing and just randomly announces it done 1 week from release.
Did you forget that HIS is making ATSF stuff for TSW? [ATTACH]
Union Workshop sale. [ATTACH]
[ATTACH] Im gonna miss these..... Route: Peninsula Corridor: San Francisco - San Jose Locomotive: EMD F40PH-2CAT
[ATTACH] Route: Cajon Pass: Barstow - San Bernardino Locomotive: EMD F125, Hyundai Rotem Cab Car
[ATTACH] Route: Tadami Line: Aizu-Wakamatsu - Tadami Locomotive: Kiha 40 DMU
Note: As of today, the EMU's are now being used in Revenue service ahead of the full electrification in September. [MEDIA]
And Matt said he hasn't work on Clinchfield in like 3 months so..... Still think Peninsula Corridor is the route most likely for a rebuild,...
It probably wont be the most popular answer, given the amount of times this loco has been suggested. But GE's P42DC for Amtrak Long Distance...
It does not, you would of figured that out if you read the description. [ATTACH]
Not to mention a few weeks ago they had one of the screenshot contest themes be related to derailments.....
Simply put, yes. VRC's C39-8's are the best example of this. The pack came with "Patched" Ex-Conrail Units, that were completely void of any CR...
TSW 2020: 30 minutes (Doesn't count PS4 time) TSW2: 83.6hrs (Doesn't count PS4 time) TSW3: 78.1hrs TSW4: 97.5hrs Yeah, I obviously don't put in...
It was a Metrolink decision to move away from the Bombardier cars, though for Caltrain, those will only be used for the diesel trains to and from...
From a realism standpoint, no Metrolink train runs with just Rotems, its always a mix of Rotems with the Bi-Levels. [ATTACH] [ATTACH] Weather or...
The new San Bernardino route comes with Metrolink's Bombardier Bi-Levels I believe. (Think it was confirmed on a stream awhile ago)
Finally, hopefully he gets decent sales out of it, and attracts more people to his content. The 50ft boxcars are also a nice addition as well.
Especially when one of the major US train sim Youtubers like to harp on sounds, especially old sounds that are never updated, or implemented terrible.
Read the post above.... Which implies all the new content is routes for the Dovetail Direct (Including the JT route.)
So the 5 new pieces of content are all routes.
HIS sale on steam [ATTACH]
[ATTACH] Route: Antelope Valley Line: Los Angeles - Lancaster Locomotives: EMD SD70ACe, GE AC4400CW
AFAIK, I've never seen the AC44 spawn on anything on Sherman Hill EXCEPT the grain trains.
?, this is on PC. [ATTACH]
Its the Train Sim Community discord I believe, the link is on their site. https://www.trainsimcommunity.com/
So, US content gets the shaft again? We don't even get to see it until another "supposed" update in the future..... But it doesn't seem like it...
Note, since you're new, its best if you want to replay to multiple messages at once, to use the +Quote feature.
I'd rather have Union Workshop focus on making the route a good PLAYING route, and completely ignore the collectibles.
Only way this route comes is in the modern era with Union Pacific and Amtrak California, there is no way they'll do it in the SP era.
Yeah, I'm gonna keep my personal self private, just know I've been here for a few years, and mainly dab in US freight and US content. My life...
As much as I would like to see this, I don't think it will ever happen for TSW. Give how difficult DTG has made it for them to make any historical...

For those unhappy with the price, you could always pay for a high quality HO scale 101 model. [ATTACH]

Its been argued in the past that changing to the TSW20XX format would confuse players with the TSC 20XX format so....
Or they reused the old 567 sounds from TSC, but I never compared them. Could of also been part of the sounds they got from a model train...
Im only repeating what Matt said, so Im taking that and running with it.
US heritage railroads are limited in speed, so equipment cant be ran at mainline speeds for correct audio recording per Matt. Things are ALOT...
If Reppo develops his own locomotives away from the HIS projects for TSW, I can see him develop some "Pro" level US locomotives. Though Pricing...
