For most trains you literally press a button to move and stop them.
They aren't, because CrossCountry only stop at Doncaster before continuing to Sheffield/up north.
The only one I don't have is the Military one. Good for what they are.
I don't know why, but I find not driving the trains is more enjoyable, I mostly just pretend I'm a passenger.
A message on screen telling me what the fault is, nothing else.
Scammed how? Because so far you haven't had a random fault?
False advertising and gaslighting?
The volume of the announcements depends on how close to the speakers you are.
Off-topic as in the place to talk about stuff unrelated to TSW.
The just don't bother with them, maybe?
Have you checked to make sure you've enabled them?
Do what I do... wander around until I find something (I found most of the Riviera collectibles just by walking up and down the platforms at each...
I can not hear it.
I am on Xbox and no haven't heard any.
How long did you wait? Also, no random signal delays enabled?
Why is it I'm hearing that here, rather than Microsoft themselves?
I'm all for it as long as they do what they've done with 5 and 6.
Adding new features to old DLC isn't an easy job.
What is the purpose of this thread?
If train operators had no interest then they wouldn't grant licenses for their brands to be used.
Or, as in my case, console is the only option.
Caltrain being unbranded in TSW6 was a condition of no license in place iirc.
Not experiencing issues with this. Series X
Unfortunately, that's a problem on. A lot of routes. It's a core issue with the passenger system.
At Newton Abbot you can walk far away from the station and any tracks, yet walking along the sea wall - which is literally right next to the track...
It alternates. Sometimes both show the description for Riviera, sometimes for Cardiff.
Haven't noticed any issues with it myself on Riviera.
There for me (Series X).
Riviera Line hasn't produced this for me so far.
What?!
Then just drive and don't bother with "gamey" stuff if it really bothers you that much. You don't have to go for the collectibles you know.
I think they've split between 4-car and 8-car services, which should only mean that only 2 appear. But, for some reason they seem to have...
Because the type of 08 used can only be found on the Preston-Carlisle route.
Like an advanced substitution thing?
There is. When you load up a route and before selecting a train to drive or to spawn on foot, there's a layer button where you can select which...
TSW5 won't be supported going forward, so if you want updates or to try the new routes, then TSW6 is the way to go. You can keep both installed...
As safety systems are permanently on, a driver should expect to hear them when they set the train up.
It simply means choosing what to download first.
The 395 does this as well.
It's called Riviera Line precisely because that's how it's commonly referred to. The Riviera Line and South Devon Lines pretty much run on top of...
I'm one.
That's not exclusive to the Voyager. What you're describing is the Conductor Mode feature (and yes, it isn't perfect).
On Shap you can walk right down Morecambe promenade (quite far away from any track) and it doesn't impact performance. How would something...
At least extend WCL to Plymouth so the tep link up.
That's three routes: Hull to Scarborough Scarborough to York York to Hull Won't happen. The Yorkshire Coast Line would be a route in itself....
Guess it depends on the route. SEHS is old, but still stands as a decent route even compared to more modern releases. Routes like WCL though.
But why should someone on console get a keyboard just to use the fast cam?
Signal faults enabled? Otherwise, there's only one other thing it can be... a bug.
The thread title says "serious suggestions to fix the game on console" (emphasis mine). They're framing it as something that's broken, but it...
Number 1 has never been a thing for TSW.
Separate names with a comma.
