The old NEC (NEC NY) was only compatible with TSW2020....it never made the transition to TSW2 (or TSW3/TSW4)
I still keep TSW2020 installed for NEC NY, Amtrak SW1000R & GP40-2....but other than that TSW2 (and soon TSW3) will be removed
