I am scratching my head here. Timetable mode boring, I have run 60 services now in LBM and all are different. Now maybe this has a lot to do with...
I have been lamenting for some time the total lack of a functional editor to write good, challenging scenarios for TSW3. I wrote activates for...
Just one thought on what is going on above re 'sloppy'. Take time to consider how many details like that missing switch machine that started this...
I just had a look at the map and seems that these lines are there. The balloon track at the power plant is showing as are other industrial areas.
The 158 is a real pleasure to drive and I like the fact that this route allows for shorter drives so you can complete something if your time is...
This route intrigues me since I have watched several videos of the route.
Interesting musing OldVern. Has anyone looked at forums connected to the games Focus currently owns to see how they are run?
As of today, DTG is now part of the Focus Entertainment Group. See the post in Announcements. Don't know where this is going to take us.
You are correct. I checked the specs for the 158. I posted above based on a elderly memory.
I would point out here that, if you look up while in the cab, you can see that the 158 has a maximum speed of 80 mph.
I agree with the sounds. Did anyone else notice that the cab of the 158 has a definite rattle in it.
Also, just did a 158 service, and all seemed well. Those brakes will take a bit getting used to, but from what I have now driven, it will be a fun...
LM, as always, a big thank you for this work you do.
Thanks, that worked and was able to complete the service.
Will give this a try. I do usually press the open key prior to a full stop, but never had this happen before.
I was driving NJT service 3838 east bound from Trenton with the cab car leading. When I left Elizabeth the doors would not close so had to abort...
The patch did not change the display showing "clear 150". I ran it yesterday to again cross check the 2 motors.
I have noticed that the ACS 64 that comes with this route reacts differently than the one that comes with Boston Sprinter when they are run in...
One thing mentioned in last evenings stream was that Skyhook went with a 'feel' of the route not photo realism. So a lot of the building and like...
Don't know about the cross compatibility issue, but the 'q' key on pc's has always activated the alerter and AWS on UK routes and it also...
As noted in the video that I referenced, hold is only use when the train is under 25 mph, above that lap is the one to use when applying and...
Watch tis video for a very good set of instructions on how to utilize these brakes. (1) Train Sim World 3® NJ Transit Northeast Corridor Manual...
I used Boston route to learn ACES and ATC. The rules do actually transfer over to NY - Trenton, just that it is still not operaating properly as...
No problem OldVern, it was just an information post.
Did not see this in the thread, but Steam pre-order is now up at the usual 10% off.
Brandon, how would you go about doing this?
What I have found on the ACS 64 with ATC, you cannot clear the alarm until the train drops below the speed it wants with the signal. So any...
Looks to me that that the stuttering issue remains a UE issue as Matt has stated on a number. I would think that this limits us, the end user from...
This is a known bug with the neutral sections. My suggestion is when you see the neutral section warning sign, place the CPBC into off and leave...
I had the same problem on first start up after the patch. First time in a while its happened. The validation revealed on 1 file it had to...
This route is listed under the DTG heading not the second party one, so it is a DTG route.
Sad, it seems to be the old "fix one thing, break another".
I have to agree with the fact that is a fun route to drive. As far as the issues with the neutral zones, well, if you put the CPBC in power off at...
I do not know how many of you subscribe to the YouTube channel of this gentleman, but he is a beta tester and has an early version of the release...
I have noticed that since the last update which gave us Barndon's signal updates, the game logic that is supposed to tell the cars whether to open...
Oh, I will wait to see what people say about the patch, especially Brandon, who has already said the route is a mess as far as signaling and...
This one is a no buy until that patch is released.
Ran another east bound service 1R26. Must say a fun run with me starting to follow another train from Polmont all the way to Edinburgh. Again, the...
Just ran 1R22 and at both the Falkirk High and Haymarket neutral points this is the sequence of event. 1 On seeing the black neutral section...
SteveRail, I was planning on running an east bound today, so will do 1R22. Let you know results.
SteveRail, just did another west bound run, 1R59, and again the neutral sections worked as expected. I really am at a loss here as to why some...
I ran service 1R15 yesterday and the neutral sections worked as expected, so don't know if that last patch had anything to do with it. I need to...
This is why I have no intention of buying this route until its fixed.
Adding another run, 1R15. On this run both neutral sections worked as expected. The VCB light came on, the train lurched slightly since I had not...
Just ran service 1R43 west, and post today's patch I did not have any issues when in the neutral sections, but the circuit breaker open light did...
No you are not, that is one of the many signaling bugs this route currently has.
It is really a short route unless they do include the Blackpool South branch.
Which method did you use to display them? I enabled FPS using Steam, not the game itself. With Steam they are in the upper left corner and show up...
Andrew, I would add to your list the out bound stopping points at Haymarket, which did not get updated in the last patch like the in bound ones did.
Alright, I just ran service 1R23 out of Edinburgh twice to the first neutral section. Both times my train was in throttle 4 when I passed the sign...
