Hope they release it on game pass for PC like they have TSW 2020, happy to give it a go on that, but it wont be a day 1 purchase for me, ill wait...
I wonder if this will be available on Microsoft game pass for PC as is TSW 2020, be nice if it is.
Seems to me they are expecting people to pay for TSW 2, which is just TSW 2020 rebranded with a couple of new routes and a editor, which was...
BIB I seriously doubt the people who are responsible for looking after the forum are the ones who are actually working on the editor. :D
The lack of input form the DTG representatives on this thread is telling, but then again why would they need to come in on to it to defend their...
Well since it probably wont actually download until later today at a time that I will be away from my computer, I probably wont get my first look...
You forgot to mention the exact time it was posted for Xbox also what are the exact seconds of the times it was posted and why does it matter so...
So are you saying the team that are developing the editor are the ones who are responsible for answering queries on this forum?
What a great opportunity this would be for them to release the editor/construction tools when they update to TSW 2020.
Will there be a yearly update and change to what routes are included in the basic TSW package, maybe also the release of the editor/creation tools...
In answer to the question in the title: I dont want them, I have no interest in them whatsoever.
Or DTG could just update the existing route, somthing was hinted at when they were developing the route originally "The GWR is in the state of...
Has this now been fixed as I just loaded up TSW and the 08 is not there on WSR for me?
Well I would be extremely surprised and even a little bit worried if I ever got TS2019 updates for TSW. ;):D:cool:
Indeed.
Who mentioned having to pay for scenarios all I meant was the editor being available would give new/existing routes and loco dlc extra value in a...
Lets be honest that's hardly going to be the problem with TSW at the moment is it, you will either have the dependencies or you don't, as there...
Its ok, but will be better once the editor is made available. ;)
I honestly dont get why the names are licenced anyway either, why would anyone who owned the loco object to the name being used and since the...
Would someone really object to them using the names of them, that just seems a bit petty to say the least.
When someone has spent their money on somthing then every complaint they have about said somthing is valid, it might only be a small thing to some...
Ok thanks was able to download them not sure whether or not I actually contributed to the total but was still able to get them so all is good.
So where do I get the wallpapers from, can someone provide a link?
I assume that the reason it is shown without nameplates is down to it being WIP. ;)
Silly me I was hoping that this was an announcement to say the editor and tools were nearly ready to be released. :(;)
So it's imminently far away, or somthing like that. :|
Yes its a shame that you can only tell us about things that have already happened. ;)
From what I have read DTG seem to be saying they have time limits set for which they can create the routes so that limits how long the routes are,...
As I said before no more DLC for me, until after the editor is released.
I am inclined to wait until the editor is released before buying anymore DLC in order that the DLC is of more use and therefore actually worth the...
It would be nice to get the editor rather than a new route, but DTG need to make money to pay the staff so a new route will most probably be their...
Well one thing is for certain if it happens its more likely to happen in the future than in the past.
Essentially its your money so it has to be your choice, take a look at some of the videos of the route on youtube, look at what the route has to...
Ok here is some speculation we may at some point in the future actually get the editing and construction kit for TSW that has been mentioned.
Are DTG really in such a hand to mouth existence that the only way they can survive as a company is to keep releasing DLC that gets them money to...
Well I had a go at changing the sensitivity and that has improved it just needs some final tweaks to get it perfect, disappointed however that the...
Ok so I will have a try at fiddling with the sensitivity settings or see if I can map the gear change to one of the controllers buttons that is...
I just recently got the NTP route, started by doing the introduction scenarios was fine doing the Class 45 and 47 using the Xbox 360 controller,...
Colonel Failure, a sense of irony there for sure. :D
Well that's fair enough, I will just hold off buying further DLC until a editor materialises so that I can then edit locos, coaches and wagons etc...
So if we want freight we have to pay extra for it I suppose.
I wish they had included some freight wagons, scenarios and services for this route then it would be a definite purchase for me at the moment it's...
Well I am more likely to buy this route than the last one, I suspect the editor has been put on hold so they can proritise the paid for DLC of...
Finally got it to download, I had to uninstall TSW and reinstall, haven't had chance to try it out as I have become weary of it what with all the...
I essentially gave up as it was going to take forever to install because it kept stopping and starting.
How big is this patch supposed to be, as mine seems to be downloading 7.9GB, which seems a tad excessive for a patch? Edit now it has downloaded...
I have to say I am more interested in the Class 33 that is in the pipeline for the WSR.
I don't think I will be in any hurry to buy this route it's not somthing that interests me it will be another one for a sale as was NEC.
Some deferent liveries for UK locos would be nice like BR blue for class 47 and 09, and Intercity swallow for HST and NSE for class 166.
The main reason given for the shorter routes is time constraints, longer routes would take longer and therefore cost more due to the man hours taken.
