Last time I checked the NTP mk1 and mk2 coaches still aren’t in Livery Editor only the Great Western Legends ones. :(
That’s what the Mod Manager is for. You just enable/disable the mod as you like. I’ve been doing it for ages with various mods.
As I’ve said above though a pak conversion will mean all services would be in the correct company livery.
