Because on consoles content releases at midnight local time and on Steam it releases at 1800UTC. I believe this is something Steam do not DTG.

No only the front loco is what you choose. All other locos are randomly selected from the standard and custom liveries available

that does look quite close. The best way to go is to do a Google for “preserved br blue” which gives you plenty of modern digital images to work...

You can’t. Any fonts you see used other than the standard one included are made up from different shapes a layer per shape.
That’s why I have a folder in my DLC folder called “Not In Use” so I can just quickly move pak files into it when they aren’t required and move...
