Thanks for all the comments. I did go with the RHTT in the end :). I’m enjoying it.
They’ve done it every year for what 3 or 4 years now? I can’t imagine them not doing it.
Probably the big summer release which I guess will be 3 routes (hopefully some that actually have new trains).
But you know it will be a thing.
Exactly what Pasquiles said above.
I just want a way to turn off the medals/action points. A simple tick to know I’ve done it is enough for me.
Or there is a summer release announcement imminent.
Thanks for this Matt. That will make me more confident when driving routes for the first time :D
I always treated scenarios as something different to do, I.e not something I can do in timetable mode. but now, 90% of scenarios are just...
This is probably the best way to do it, It would be better than not having it at all.
Interesting I didn’t know that. Although I’ve got not plans to buy MML.
that’s prototypical afaik.
RHTT seems more involved to drive which I like the sound of, 37 seems a bit bland other than the thrashing as you mentioned. But I still enjoy...
I am much the same. I didn’t take much to the HST’s running on BCC (yes it happened but it’s not everyday of the year and I don’t want to see it...
So I’ve racked up enough of the Microsoft rewards points to get a £5 Xbox voucher, and I was thinking about maybe getting either the RHTT or the...
Good points. Generally speaking though I thought Cross City was far superior to most routes out there, particularly TSW3 routes. It did a lot of...
This is one the biggest reasons I’m turned off by newer routes, although Niddertalbahn didn’t look quite as bad. I agree that it’s worse than...
A suggestion this bland isn’t going to inspire them to do it…
Probably Niddertalbahn. It’s a level above most other TSW content. The train and route and both equally as lovely. a few people were saying the...
But they can make a quick buck if they sell the same game again and again. I’m sure that’s the entire point.
Don’t really understand the steam stuff, But I do think that if/when the trains start getting more functions and more technical, maybe it would...
I think in the order of 40-50mph.
I’ve just been opening and closing the firebox but it doesn’t seem to do a lot, getting no where near enough pressure. What exactly am I meant...
My only complaint with the 8f on SOS is that irl they would have only been running at 40/45mph. The AI seems to do 60mph and the timetable doesn’t...
I’ve noticed that on some other 8f services as well. Can’t remember exactly which ones though.
Thanks Matt. You’re definitely right, it needs some practice and finesse. huge well done to the team for getting this out of the door, it’s made...
How do I keep steam pressure up? I’ve got the fireman on automatic but he’s not doing much, really struggling to get speed.
With third party content, TSC is far ahead of TSW.
New UK route is very underwhelming. I’m getting very anxious it’s a filler and that TSW4 is a few weeks from announcement…
Yes I noticed this just today, didn’t get the 50 points I was promised. Every other reward works fine though.
This. Thanks for the reply Matt. Im truly sorry if it’s had a bad effect on anyone, it wasn’t meant in a harsh way at all. But I understand how...
Again, it’s not that serious. I know how to behave on the internet. The problem is people taking things way too seriously, like you have done.
That was it, yes.
It appears what I was trying to say has been completely misunderstood, sorry. I had heard time and time again that the 4f wasn’t appropriate for...
Unfortunately people don’t understand it’s not the devs that are lazy. It’s the upper management that just want things done fast for a quick bit...
Well I’ve seen people complaining the 4f isn’t the right locomotive, I’m no expert so I don’t know. It being built already doesn’t excuse them...
I remember long ago we were shown what was a sort of test article for a steam train when steam was heavily in development. And i’m sure it was a...
