Rather have had the effort gone into another 350 subclass so the services could have been a realistic length...
The updated Bakerloo timetable filled out the yards a fair bit: [ATTACH] [ATTACH] [ATTACH] [ATTACH] [ATTACH]
[citation needed]
Can you post screenshots of the services in the menu?
Notably absent has been any sort of explanation regarding the timetable issues...
Is there a video anywhere that goes through all the service menus of the full timetable including layers?
Of course I suppose part of the advantage of this sort of thing is it creates assets that are appropriate for reuse in other routes.
But surely that's because it's included with TSW4?
I'm saying that they "need" neutral sections the same way a modern EMU does. You have to throttle down every so often, it's hardly a game-changer...
No they aren't!
TGVs are not EMUs!
Er, no you don't...
Don't bother with steam in TSW!
You're forgetting the 4tph between Queen's Park and Stonebridge Park. Looking at the current LNWR timetable there are about 250-260 LNWR trains...
Yes, DTG are fairly poor about doing research for and creating realistic scenarios...
Having respect for other people's interests is very much not what you are doing by saying that "true railfans" are interested in everything.
That can't be it, because they were happy to do that for the MTA.
But I don't see how that's different from the previous situation, when it was your unaltered voice?
Rather contradictory as to whether they're using text to speech (which would give the claimed benefits) or speech to speech (which wouldn't)...
Source?
So in other words, this does not improve matters regarding changes to the tutorials, their extent, etc.
If Matt's still doing all the tutorial voiceovers, I don't see how it changes anything...
Which may or may not materialise...
Of course the question is what services are actually available...
Inefficient workarounds would presumably be worse when you're travelling at high speeds...
I'd recommend writing your own posts in French and then using Google Translate or similar, then.
Why are you posting AI-generated text?
Hopefully projects like these show DTG that there's demand for steam and that they should finish it.
It was the Posting House at Tring, so definitely a WCML asset.
Looks good! Can you share an image of the track laid so far?
WCML Over Shap was early 2014; that's four and a half years into TSC's life. Personally I don't consider that the very early days...
ATS' filter is awful. For some reason it's based on real-life route rather than TSC route, so e.g. there's no way to filter for WCMLS scenarios only.
Assuming you don't have mixed consists etc...
I don't see how I'm "incapable of understanding" when you haven't even explained your logic.
Excessive requirements are a bad thing. The difference is the layer system!
Yes, TSC scenario creators have no sense of restraint and think that absolutely every service that's there in real life needs to be included, no...
How is making unbranded liveries - including for licenses they used only a few months ago - "honouring the wishes of the trademark holder"?
That doesn't make a difference from the angle of "companies don't like unbranded liveries".
GWE remaster.
DTG have just announced that they are doing a lot of "inspired by" liveries...
I wouldn't take OpenRailwayMap as gospel.
Well, considering Dovetail is very unlikely to enter a relationship with the National Trust... Dovetail have now proven themselves on multiple...
There is a difference between what the National Trust claims and what they can actually enforce under the law.
Blaming Focus is nonsensical. DTG were the exact same before they were bought.
I would find that more immersion-breaking than an unbranded livery, and it would probably also be trademark infringement.
I don't see how that would hold up in the slightest.
This concept is known as "freedom of panorama". Actually, a lot of locos in the game do not have manufacturer licenses, as evidenced by them...
Can we get an explanation as to why promises around manual firing etc. were made and not kept?
If they materialise...
Separate names with a comma.
