Why would Epic have anything to do with if we can edit existing routes?
The community can always do them.

They are still changing and adapting the tools to work on existing content.
Unless their are two default paint schemes.
There are reskins for TSW.
They are swamped with TS19 stuff at the moment.

I noticed that the foliage LOD distance command affects other things besides the trees. It makes the ties in RSN render at at a farther distance.
It probably won’t affect performance.
It’s the way DTG chose to do the LODs. They can change the distance that they appear.

It’s not like it’s an easy fix. They have to re signal the entire route. That would take a lot of time.

You are right, but CSX does need a few fixes. The trains don’t get dark in the tunnels, and the overall lighting in the route needs some repair....

You should accept that you are limited on consoles.
Many of the sounds in TSW are quite good. However, things will get better once UE4 gets an updated audio engine.
Rapid Transit could get fixed by a third party.
It doesn’t hurt FPS very much.
RSN is a very beautiful route, with lots of places to explore on foot.
You can increase the draw distance.

About the broken signaling in RT. It’s not that it’s too difficult for DTG to fix it, it’s that they don’t have time to do it as it requires...

What service/scenario?
This would be good route for Amtrak equipment, like a P42DC.
Great ideas.
The price is lower if you have some of the other DLC included in the bundle already.
The WSR locomotives are able to be refueled, but there aren’t any services or scenarios that you can do it in. Fixing the PZB in RT requires...
NEC has a lot of switching and is basically a connection of small yards and terminals.
