I think that's more an issue of the routes than the passengers itself. It seems to be more noticeable on some particular routes, at least. But...

You just have to close the LZB/PZB fuse and open the LZB/PZB valve, that's all.

In the cab car, there's also a fuse and a valve for PZB. The PZB valve is hidden in a cabinet right behind the driver's seat, left of the Sifa valve.

After switching the circuit breakers for Sifa and PZB/LZB, you have to go to the rack with all the valves and open the Sifa and LZB cutoff valves....
