the 1938 stock does run on 3rd rail it always had since it was in service edit: it works on both third and fourth rails I never knew this till now

i also can say the 1938 train does the same thing spawned it on the isle of wight same happened not sure if that's down to the being realistic...
nope i am that is the problem i am on the isle of wight so it should work but remember in some way the 483 doesnt work on all 3rd rail routes...
