I'm not sure if DTG are able to go to Abbey Wood, but they may include the Elizabeth line, but they're more likely to extend it to Oxford.
I like, that idea, but I think going down to St Pancras may be a bit too far for DTG.
I think a 2019 upgrade would offer variety, since in my opinion, TSW made GWE a bit too early, since the class 800s were coming.
I would wait a bit for the Bakerloo Line since TFL are extending the Bakerloo Line to Lewisham, which will complete in the 2030s.
