I think approach control should definitely be a must have/standard feature on all British routes where it is supposed to be present.
I think the developers have probably known for some time why it happens but is going to be a pain to fix so it hasn't been as yet.
Fantastic route. I am really enjoying it so far. Only gripes I have so far are the slight superelevation that should be present at Matlock station...
The wheel slip at high speeds was the most annoying part of SOS. I can't wait to try it later
Is the 10mph turnout speed restriction that is signposted in game as 15mph (which I noticed on the preview) on the reported problems list?
I thought the ai sounds being intermittent was being investigated from when SoS came out more or less? Is the HUD showing wheel slip and the...
There are also lineside speed limit issues with missing signage and not marrying up with the HUD in places. Immersion breaking if you are trying...
Good question. BCC is waiting for this fix.
All the best for the future Sam, you will be missed. Your roadmap streams aswell as any livestream you were part of were always informative and...
What is the braking like on the 103 in TSC?
I can definitely recommend this route. It is very scenic and there are plenty of express, stopping services and freight. You get two new...
It must be difficult and disheartening to get past the DTG bashing. I can understand why Matt has said in the past few members of the team...
1. Authentic timetable stopping times for all stations along a route. Not dicatated by the ai which is very unrealistic sometimes without giving...
Please find attached screen shots of speed reduction problem. The hud tells us the approaching speed restriction is to 120kph but the line side...
Defintiely agree with the brakes being far to strong and speed signage track side and in the hud could do with being looked at please.
There are a couple of speed reduction warning and signage missing going in the Mainz direction. There is also a warning of a drop to 120kph and...
Just to reiterate. The KN gauge on the DB103 in the HUD and in the cab should definitely read the same as each other. I tested a few German locos...
To be honest I did think the 103 brakes are quite powerful but I thought they had fixed the 110.
I also notice on the DB 103 the KN gauge in the hud doesn't marry up with the KN gauge in the cab. It does on other German locos. Fantastic route...
What is wrong with the brakes? I wish to be enlightened.
I think it has already been logged but there is a large chunk of river texture/map missing near the tunnels between Oberwesel and St Goar. I think...
I think this was also on the Preview stream
There is a 365 layer? I'm not sure what you mean.
Wheel slip warning on the speedometer generally over 65mph on the Jubilee Class. You can mitigate the issue somewhat with reduced cutoff but it...
I was just wondering if we could have an update on the manual/advanced fireman feature which was coming some time after the release of SOS. It has...
Not as much as no sounds from ai locos when they are pulling a train.
It's odd because ai light locos do appear to make sound. Very odd.
I haven't tried it myself yet. downloading now : D
That isn't new, but I would have thought it would have been fixed with the new physics update...?
I had considered it was intentional but I just assumed something like that would be fixed very quickly in real life. A little bit further down the...
Is it possible with modding to make the Morpeth board that is lying down in the grass outside Lichfield to stand up so it is properly visible? I...
I can confirm it is fixed.
As I say I completed Chopper and Change on the Tees Valley Line on Sunday. On PC no problem. Cheers.
I played this scenario on Sunday on PC and I completed it after I saw somewhere that it was broken. Maybe it was yourself. But as I say ihad no...
I think the latest patch may have fixed it. Can't test until later though
The speed limit on the N wagen controlled train has gone up from 140kph to 160kph. Was that todays update? Its true maximum is 140kph I believe.
Hi folks, As the title says. The destination boards in the cab car do not seem to be automatically set and when I try to manually change them it...
Please see screenshots of what I found just outside New Street Station on the Cross City route. [ATTACH] [ATTACH] [ATTACH] [ATTACH]
West Somerset Railway maybe?
My other half and myself introduced ourselves to Matt today at the NEC and had a quick chat. A thoroughly friendly and pleasent guy. We passed the...
This is the most proper approach control we have ever had in TSW3 and I am loving it. Unfortunately it highlights where it is lacking in other...
Yes probably but Alex said it is being monitored closely regardless
Please find attached a screenshot of a speed board lieing down before the 45MPH speed reduction in to Lichfield City. It is a few hundred yards...
Becasue I think I posted in the wrong thread I repeat it here. 1. At the top of the Lickey incline just after the whistle board the track seems...
Just in case you don't already know there is no or very little sound coming from the 323 in a very small patch of New Street Station. At the...
At the top of the Lickey incline just after the whistle board the track seems to turn quite sharply and it isn't super elevated. It might not...
The tail lights aren't activated on the rear unit in the night scenario in the snow. Intentional maybe?
Some locomotives/units seem better than others in the wheel slip simulation department. For instance the 465/9 is very good. But I don't really...
I thought it looked and sounded fabulous. Obviously a lot of effort has been put in to this route. I am really loving approach control that is...
Perhaps the game could be returned to the state it was before the first SOS buffer update as the problem only really presented itself on...
