The only thing i drive that neutral sections botheres are 86/87's as you have to run down the tap changer then back up for power to be restored.
390's that I have driven lots of miles don't seem bothered by neutral sections, line light usually goes out then comes back on & carry on as...
So I was heading north on WCML Trent Valley & my 390 started to loose speed, I coasted into Nuneaton where I tried all manner of resets & restarts...
