Funnily enough, I was just thinking about this today as I took the HST for a spin on MML.
It baffles me why Reedham and Coulsdon Town were inaccessible in the first place - they're literally right next to the main line you drive on....
Does it allow you to choose the time you want to spawn into the other route I wonder? Would make the most sense.
I wish they'd just get rid of them. Although, funnily enough, out of all DLC I have installed, ECML doesn't show it (which is weird because most...
Elizabeth Line opened in May 2022. The remaster is set circa 2017.
ECML was a highlight for me. The only disappointing thing was no Class 91. Blackpool also. Mostly though, I've just been sticking to SEHS, purely...
This thread should be locked I think. Too many pointless arguments.
Ah, I understand now.
Heathrow Express would be non stop between Paddington and Heathrow so it's AI only.
The 390s have a design speed of 140mph but cannot go above 125 because of no in cab signalling, similar to the ECML.
UK Regional Edition for me as I have zero interest in non-UK content (I only have thenLGV route installed for the SEHS layer, and it was free anyway).
All routes.
A bit of an oxymoron.
The Island Line is run by SWR who aren't keen on giving a license.
Railroad Tycoon 2 is the first one I remember playing.
If they don't want to make a brand new route, they could at least consider remastering BML and/or East Coastway.
You can't really say you earned it, when you didn't put in the effort.
Probably as AI for the HST
No, they're continuing from where they left off.
To have Gatwick Express on East Coastway it would require a new train. East Coastway is set in 2009, before the 387s were built.
Either way, Elizabeth Line services didn't start until May 2022.
In regards to the Elizabeth Line itself new stations were built. Also services from Liverpool Street started in 2022.
Greater Anglia don't want yo give a license unfortunately, so the only possible way is a period before they existed.
I do that quite often, especially when I'm routed into platform 8 at Doncaster.
With GWR it was a case of the license simply expiring when FGW rebranded to GWR and just not getting around to being renewed.
DTG heavily discourage their customers from badgering train companies to have them appear in the game.
If we get a 153 that means potential for a 155 somewhere down the line (pun intended).
The game isn't designed for multiplayer, it would need to be rebuilt for that. It was maybe possible back in the days of TSW2, but now it isn't.
Don't even know what he's complaining about, this thread was back on topic until he decided to say something about it. It didn't even go that far...
I have a feeling they gave the license for Avanti to create positivity with the brand. Avanti don't have a good reputation at the moment.
Arriva, who own CrossCountry (as well as Grand Central), are unwilling to give a license.
Any TSW4 add on you purchase will be automatically available for download in TSW5.
Cathcart was remastered and released free for existing owners. The 380 covers the cost of that and the loco itself. Would be all the same if they...
There are people who don't yet own the route (who may or may not want to) or are new to TSW you know.
Most, but not all did.
JT have only released one DLC, so not really a fair comparison.
He ideally wants it in 2021, the Elizabeth Line opened in 2022. Although I'd imagine there'd be construction of that route that could be added.
Cathcart was remastered and given away for free to those who already own it. The 380 covers the cost of making the route and the loco itself. If...
North Yorkshire Moors Railway is a good shout.
Now we have the option to deactivate certain layers, BML could be remastered with the 700 thrown in.
Can't have Lumo or Hull Trains. They're owned by First who don't want to give a license (which is why their services on ECML are represented as...
York to Sunderland anyone? Seems like a good opportunity for the 180.
I remember seeing somewhere that at first, to ensure an engaging experience, they've put it on trains with regular stops, but will consider adding...
The area around Euston and through London would have taken a lot of time to make.
Only for those features that are route specific.
The 350 sounds were used for the 700.
The route is very early in development so I doubt it.
Glossop required to have AI 323s on ECML.
Not unless you want to start from scratch with all your existing content. Not unless it's a new game altogether.
WCML Over Shap is the main thing I want. I do want the other stuff too, but they aren't as high on my list.
