I've just looked on my PS5 as I downloaded it earlier, I've also not got it as a choice. I know it's in beta mode so I'm assuming it's just a glitch.
So far... I'm liking it, It's easy to upload stuff (I've already uploaded a scenario and livery) and easy to download stuff.
It's worth getting especially if you get the 313 as well, the 66 comes with it and depending on what other DLC's you've got there's a Railtour...

Yeah I do think that, when possible if I'm driving a loco and I know the route and speed limit I'll follow the maximum speed the loco or working...
These days it's harder for a driver to be more "flexible" with speed limits, But my dad used to work for British Rail and then EWS before retiring...
