That didn't work either, RW-Tools is not allowing me to modify the weather, it gives me an error message.

Yes there are but they don't fix the issue and they only "work" for the route they were built for. There are no patches for all routes.

I have a backup, I do not however have a backup specifically of serz and serz is not included in my existing backup unfortunately.
