Yes there are many long distance train services, that aren't in the Game. Mainly from Vienna, but also from Germany, Switzerland or Italy.
PS5pro: Service 2W06 seems to be broken. You always spawn on foot somewhere but not in the driver's seat (tmetable and jouney mode).
I want.... no speculation about the next TSW before early summer each year!
At time the may be a focus on WCML, but that doesn't mean that there won't be any other ECML/MML sections in TSW in the future.

PS5pro: The S5-runs from Bietigheim-Bissingen to Stuttgart seem to be broken: I tried several ones and landed on foot in different stations...
