I can give it a thumbs up, of the German Routes which I'm not crazy about, it's one of the better ones.
I enjoyed the stream with the bi-lingual presentation and the scenery, and makes me seriously consider buying the Route. It was stuttery in...
Maybe it's a matter of signing out and back in to Dovetail Live again - I only see those 3 trains shown above. In my TSW3 installation I see...
Wow, you're right, it used to show a list of all the locos. Where was this change announced or explained?
Question for SimRail users: Do they have any plans to expand into other places in the world, such as UK or US? Or might we see an Australia Route...
Those were consigned to the flames already in the First Age
As the TSW3 fixes were prepared for release ....... [ATTACH]
I don't know how I've gotten by for so long without a loading bar
Don't worry, it's the same grief I got when I said weeks ago that neither TSW4 NOR 3 had reached the peak Steam playership as TSW2 did - and never...
Found the TSW3 fixes [ATTACH]
It was me, but I had actually heard it somewhere else originally. (not on these Forums)
Very good news!
My dad worked for CSX and its predecessors for nearly 40 years, so I was interested when I first saw CSX Heavy Haul in 2017.
Agreed, would rather have 3-4 passengers behaving normally, than 50 passengers stutter-stepping around or getting out the wrong door and...
Same
Yes, it hits on the outskirts of Blackpool, then just arriving at the Layton station, then 3-4 times more on to Poulton le Fylde. Seems to be...
I am still seeing automobiles stopping in the roadway and other vehicles appear to drive through them. I note this especially on Cajon Pass, Cane...
A fellow "harper" here - I got the Route and am enjoying it - driving the layered locos using RailDriver. Great scenery, ambient sounds,...
The Blackpool-route-specific BR blue locos (the 47s and the 08) also do not have RailDriver support, in addition to the Pacer. As someone who uses...
I'm not driving the Pacer much yet, until they add RailDriver support (if they do). But there are 4 services with the Stanier 8F and a lot of...
Please add RailDriver compatibility to the 142 - thanks
Valve HQ is currently UTC/GMT -8 hrs now since we have changed clocks for winter now in most of the US.
Actually I think the save game issue showed up already in TSW2, because currently since the fixes were prepared but not applied to TSW2, you can...
261 MB for some signs and a menu item
I never would have guessed this and didn't know there WAS such a thing; but always knew that the stutter was deep in the game code.
Three Save slots would be enough for me - surely it can't be that difficult. (As long as it didn't break something else)
There are times I've got angry at my RailDriver and wanted to chuck it out my high window - then I said "Wait - the 101!"
I'm on Sherman Hill; I can't help you ... lol. It did happen before, I believe it was shortly after the release ofTSW3 maybe?
Fair enough; Niddertalbahn did set a standard for sure.
I would agree with those who advise caution - just from past experience with Routes upon release. However, if this Route is as good as it looks,...
Dresden and LGV are traditionally the most stuttery for me; I have not tried them yet but on several other Routes it seems noticeably smoother.
I still get the micros, but they are very quick and there are no freezes or long periods of stutter. If it is fixed at the core level, that is huge.
I have not had much stutter lately, at all. What is going on? Dare I dream it is fixed? TSW4/PC/Steam/Ryzen7/RTX3060
It's the 2-up challenge

Shadows, shaders, and probably a lot of other UE elements as well. I had just got my shadow bubble out to an acceptable distance when Linke...
I concur, any "r.streaming..." settings were burning up my RTX3060 without any noticeable benefit. Removing them actually improved things.
It's on because of the stock available and the layers
HAHA You're not alone, I didn't realize that either until reading this post. Played since 2017 lol
Thanks! A lot of the YouTube videos I've seen must have been older, because there was no English at all and that was somewhat intimidating.
Right; thank you
