I do that and get the blue line that shows how fast you set it i put it on notch one and just picks up speed what am I missing

That's one of my favourite routes I'm pretty sure you can't disable it braking is quite difficult to master I'm not 100% on how it works properly...
I think all the rail tours and shunting jobs have been put hold until the performance issues are sorted out

No they are not on every service that uses the 114 at the back no tail lights
