the 377 sounds not being updated is a bit of a dealbreaker for the 171 pack but the route still looks brilliant now, i’ll settle with subbing in...
will the 377s all be getting the bml 377 sounds?
did you even read the article
it depends on the region. for the US, definitely modern but i wouldn’t mind seeing some backdated stuff for the uk
finally some transparency but at least we’ve got a simple explanation instead of just ‘it’s not officially cancelled even though there’s been no...
Why are certain routes such as NTP and BML harder to remaster than other routes?
How do dtg decide which routes to remaster?
Just been doing an hst service and had 3 separate crashes around the ealing area. this game is broken
what platform are you on, and do you have sehs installed?
having played tsw on xbox for years now, i’ve been convinced that ive picked the platform that has the worst overall experience in tsw. however, i...
unbranded dlc is an interesting one because there’s so many different preferences people will have. i draw the line at what rivet did for their...
bit of a random/minor suggestion, but i firmly believe that the small details in tsw seem to make big differences. the varied npc dioramas are...
anything to ping a member of staff eh
no worries, it’s been ‘getting there’ for a year and a half. i’m sure it’ll be fixed very soon
they haven’t ’missed a trick’, the route is set in 2017, before the elizabeth line opened. it would also require lots of dev time
it’s a fabulous route for that price, the 111 is fun to drive, there’s good variety of gameplay and the scenery is nice
can’t say i’m shocked. i hope those who pick this up enjoy it but it’s a firm pass from me
they don’t help either but they both seem to be at opposite ends of the spectrum. there’s no middle ground
well he’s impossible to please so don’t take it as gospel
very unlikely. NY trenton is a good route which i do play from time to time but i think most tod3/2 routes are more likely to get a remaster
definitely the 313 and east coastway, maybe glossop but probably not the 700. the loco itself is very solid but you can’t really get much use out...
can’t see that happening, it would significantly reduce any incentive to buy an official 387
good to see the pc master race back in full swing, if you think console players complain too much then why don’t you play on console for 6 months....
for me it’s the default horn with immersion shift. on controller, the default horn is high on some locos and low on others
you would be incorrect. most southern services i travel on have a guard
i know, but in terms of ‘upgrade’, both the lighting and timetable got upgraded. only one was free
exactly- i’d happily pay for a loco or the equivalent cost for remasters, especially for bml. it’s the only pre-tsw3 route i’ve touched in the...
it was and wasn’t- the lighting and scenery remaster was free to all owners, but you couldn’t get the improved timetable without the 380
very unexpected announcements but i’m absolutely blown away, i’ve not played east coastway for years based on how bad it looks compared to modern...
don't give them any ideas
i’ve tried to play 4 timetable services today, 3 for the 805 and 1 for the 390 and all of them have crashed before i’ve finished them. i thought...
I’ve decided to write a short review of the class 805, just for the purposes of helping some people who aren’t sure whether to buy it, and also to...
the route already feels relatively quiet as it is, although realistic it is much quieter than any other section of the wcml we’ve got so far....
on paper it sounds like a lot but in reality the miles fly by. 50 miles on wcmls can be done in around 35 minutes, that’s comprised around 2/3 of...
for me it’s got to be both modern wcml routes, i’ve driven nearly 10,000 miles between the two
i’m not sure if i was unclear or i’m just easily confused- or possibly also wrong. but the 86 didn’t add any new services? it was purely a layer...
the loco looks amazing and the actual physical content is not the problem; my issue is that it only substitutes into the 87 timetable, plus...
whilst i don’t think an ai-created route would ever be a good idea, i still think there is something to be said for ai. smaller tasks such as...
the steam store updates at a different time to consoles, so i’m sure you’d rather put up with that than the problems on consoles
at crewe station, there is a static bus model outside the station who’s destination is Alderley Edge, a small dig at ATS who’s MAC route was...
what’s the point having a schedule for preview streams when half the time they get postponed and moved to a later date? starting to get very...
that’s probably not something alex can answer but based on the density of assets and traffic, i think it’ll more likely than not be gen 9 only
no release date yet, likely spring 2026 looking at the screenshots but don’t take that as official
This looks wonderful, is there any chance of you working with dtg to release this as a console dlc? Personally, I’d pay a lot of money for a copy...
That’s not really relevant in this specific instance, the price of dlc still does not justify scrapping that system for subscriptions
As I’ve said enough times already, I’m not suggesting that subscriptions should replace the current system. Reading through any of my replies to...
Is a ‘yearly free route’ a thing? Genuine question, because the only time I remember a route being free was when LGV was offered when focus took over
As we know, there will be a showcase of the gwe remaster on Monday evening, alongside one more ‘announcement’. Obviously there’s no hints to what...
This subscription thing is sort of a longer-term idea as 2026 is going to be the most tsw dlc ever in a year. It won’t be affordable to buy...
I should expand on my original post. My suggestion is not for subscriptions to replace one-time, outright purchases, it is to have it as an option...
