Had to refund it as there are no career scenarios for Longhai Railway: Lingbao - Mianchi Route Add-On as it says on Steam.
In standard scenarios you can drive as fast as you want without getting any penalties. Career scenarios make the driving realistic.
I do not play standard or quick. Only play career.
