Cardiff is definitely too short, desperately needs an extension to Barry Island. I hope that is in the pipeline behind the scenes.
Reading through various threads, I think most people think it’ll be the Rivera line, which I’ll be absolutely delighted if it is, finally getting...
I am sure there's a mountain close to the Dartford Crossing on the Essex side on SEHS when you look north haha?
I will literally squeal with delight if it turns out to be this!
WCMLoS made acquiring TSW5 a necessity.
Probably :(
Now they have the XC licence back is anyone else thinking Class 220 in TSW6!?!
My prediction- even more bare than last months but I guess that’s to be expected with DD coming next month. The core UK route has got to be...
All it’s gonna take is another game studio to come along and build a new train sim with more accessibility for 3rd party content creators and DTG...
Not sure if this is something that’s happened after the update but I was playing Blackpool branches this evening and I noticed none of the station...
It is. But there’s a goldmine of untapped potential in TSC 3rd party devs that could come over to TSW. Unfortunately there seems to be too many...
Getting just a tank engine (other than Thomas) or another standard gauge heritage line seems an impossibility so as much as I’d absolutely love...
A J94 or GWR Pannier :)
There’s a hell of a lot of excuse making in this.
That’s like saying does a software developer have the inclination to build their software on the latest version of windows instead of staying on...
Last night British Locomotives Studio announced their latest route for TSC - The Spa Valley Railway. Yet again I am irritated and frustrated that...
They wouldn’t dare have it as the base pack haha given it’s so quiet and a bare roadmap I just hope that means we’re gonna get a really decent...
They wouldn’t dare.
If they release a new steam loco(s) or slam door EMUs for TSW6 I will be happy to eat the biggest slice of humble pie ever.
The physics for one. They don't just have a single Go/Stop lever like the modern ones.
Because they have to be built up from scratch, not copied and pasted in a new livery or some ringdings added to a cab.
Less work, easier profit. I feel this might be why we won’t see more steam locos or slam door EMUs for a long time if at all.
Can we have some more info around the GWR HST Farewell Addon please.
I’d like to know more about the Farewell GWR pack please!!
Riviera Line first and foremost. My second wish would be the Medway Valley line (Redhill to Strood) which would connect SEHS to BML for decent...
Trainz has that feature, although I’ve never been able to get to grips with the advanced controls too well.
But those who do are being ignored/neglected and those who could transfer over from TSC are being foolishly untapped.
It should be good. I’ve deliberately not played the current DLC for a while so that it feels like a completely brand new one when the remaster...
+1 for steam. If they get it right, allow third parties to develop new locos and we have a decent selection of locos, it might bring TSC...
Pretty sure any movement would fall on deaf ears. I think DTG largely only use their survey to make decisions on new content and based on what...
I like driving trains, I like the scenery even on routes I am not familiar with, I’ve bought all of the UK DLC, and apart from WCMLoS, nothing has...
Yes, it’s my opinion which I’ve written because I am unsatisfied with what has been released in the past year. Hopefully it’s a better year coming up.
Whatever is revealed for TSW6 needs to be ultra exciting because other than WCMLoS, the last year has been utterly underwhelming and just feels...
Steam Sounds Supreme have just put up a glorious video of their Paignton to Kingswear line for TSC. It is driving me insane that that ancient game...
I would guess the 10th.
And they (and third parties) still add steam railtours in to new routes.
Oh I would take one of those too! My first ever N Gauge loco purchase was one of those :)
Might as well not do one, there’s hardly anything on it!
After the Riviera line a NSE route would be my next choice. But I want to be greedy and have both for TSW6 really!
I’d like to make a new steam loco suggestion which could tie in with an overhaul fundraising campaign. Wilbert is a J94 loco currently awaiting...
From memory it’s a little more scenic than ECML but not much more really.
So the Kiddos and Thomas fans get their tank engine, how about one for the steam enthusiasts, a J94 or Pannier will do just nicely :)
My idea to have the Medway Valley Line late 90s with slam door stock linking Redhill to Strood. I know the eras would be different but that would...
I don’t know why but I have some kind of faith that they will address steam and resume it again at some point in the future. It must be an itch...
This along with The Riviera Line and Settle to Carlisle line are the 3 fundamental routes TSW should have.
All my hopes are that this is a TSW6 core route or just trains are going to make it. The cherry on top would be that it includes the line to...
You might get Thomas in pink next if you’re very lucky.
Wish I was able to easily brush off the blurry textures like you can! For me it definitely lowers my enjoyment of driving a route. The Mildmay...
On one of them I think I went from P’boro all the way to Newark before I saw an Azuma. Ridiculous.
I have no problem paying if it’s good. The current output is too slow though and I feel stuff isn’t being made because there’s a fear of not being...
