I checked it with Google maps. The mainline length allone from Oakville Freight Station to Hamilton Freight Station East is around 24 miles long.

And it would nice to get a loco addon with the SD40-2 and the AC4400. To be honest, the AC4400 I'm missing most for my PS4.

If it's with giant industrial or harbor area like OSD I would not have a problem with 40 km route length. :)
