I think the Bakerloo line as some DLC would have been great, I would have bought it, however I have to say I am disappointed that a non...
I have installed the class 101 from the Marleyman site, the only thing is I cannot hear any engine sounds. I shall investigate. Track sounds and...
They have released several items so I don't see why they can't do more. They could release them and sell them on the market place maybe with no...
I can't see the add to cart button. I have an account but thinking about it, I don't think I received a verification e-mail. I will contact them....
I joined that site do download those and I can't see a way of actually activating the download, I wondered if the site was still working....
I will buy on day one. We know what we are getting and the two routes are worth the money in my opinion. I will be more circumspect about...
What seems many years ago DTG purchased the lovely models that IHH produced. Many have seen the light of day re-released individually or as part...
We have a shortage of first generation DMU's on TS1 compared to diesel locomotives. The class 108 was the most common low density type after the...
Yes I would love to see these. Have just been driving on the freeware BR period Cheshire and Lancashire route and eventually that will have the...
The DTG one did have a kind of gearchange sound if I recall which are prominent in the 172 but they weren't accurate. It would be good to see...
I suspect you may well be right, I expected new routes to slow down due to TSW, but I thought we might get two or three a year. Yes I agree, a...
Always liked the look of the 128. Shame none were preserved, could have made an ideal motorised tool van for a preserved railway.
Sadly we are very unlikely to see any more stock produced for those routes now that they are part of the "preserved" collection. It would be...
Well there isn't going to be any kind of editor now for TSW, well certainly not in the near future or even relatively far distant future, apart...
Read posts from from DTG Protaganist, there is evidence. Provide the evidence that they have just chosen not to?
I am just trying to be pragmatic, playing devils advocate, looking at it from both sides. Something very few on here are willing to do. What if...
Well of course that is your choice and DTG may well end up regretting the road they have gone down. I certainly won't be so free in purchasing new...
It isn't the same, for the record a completely agree with Marcus Rashfords campaign. But that was an arguably idealogical politcal decision and...
Now we appear to have this new spirit of openess and co-operation on the forums would DTG Protaganist be able to confirm the future of development...
Well that is fine for me to some extent. Although there are things TSW simulates quite well so I personally would call it a simulator it is just...
So what are you going to do? You can't change anything. You either purchase the new version or don't, you don't really have much choice in the...
[removed by Protagonist - unhelpful]
That is the problem, people don't understand it or don't want to understand it. I don't understand the mechanics required to get an editor working...
That is the point I was making when I said whether it is best for DTG, if it is too expensive or time consuming, I think that was the point DTG...
If people believe that DTG should be amalgamating content because they have been told on here that is what they should be doing and that basically...
I say this respectfully, but there seems to be many who know better then DTG about creating content and compatibility. It is alright disbelieving...
I watched the stream it certainly looked good. Was going to hold off for a few weeks but £12 seems good value.
There are lots of reports of those who have. I get them sometimes, mainly in the scenario editor, occasionally when loading a scenario to run but...
I think one of the factors of TS1 beings successful (apart from that it is a known quantity and has been on the market in various forms since...
Must be true then!
[removed by Protagonist - off topic]
I was just astonished. Plus I think it is completely over the top!
What?!!
How can the road map be legally binding? I think some people need to relax and stop overthinking and obsessing over everything. I think there...
What do you want then? They can't win. They said they wanted to introduce things, they didn't, they were wrong. They now say they aren't going to...
I stopped reading at Fanboys. If all you can do is try and drive some kind of wedge between what you perceive to be some kind of mythical right...
The point I was making was that for example, Steam Sounds Supreme sell steam engine sounds and a couple of routes (plus several freeware routes)...
I don't think they would discourage third party DLC even if not sold through them. There may be people who would purchase a particular route that...
I know, I was just being mischievous! Well there is still a reasonable amount of old stock around. Some parts like body panels are hard to find....
Yes English is my first language!! And, I do own my own car, two actually, one is 34 years old and one is 43 so I can't help with your analogy...
Well let us know how you get on?
I know, lets create a huge drama when there isn't one! Comparing them to the NHS is just weird! Blimey talk about going over the top....
This is true, regularly when a new add-on is talked about of social media there are always several posts asking if it is for free and then moaning...
NTP is actually set in 1983 so before the 142, the 141's could possibly make an appearance. However it is all academic as the NTP will be one of...
I came to TS1 back in 2007 when it was Rail Simulator (I found the original box and disc the other day) after years of MSTS. I basically stopped...
It was a general comment not aimed at anyone. Of course he isn't an employee, he would be sacked for giving out information like that, your...
Well it is obvious there will be more content released in the future, you don't need to have insider knowledge to know that! Or do you think DTG...
Well they don't tend to give new content out for free!
I will be purchasing it, I think it is a step forward. For £24.99 you get two new routes which is a good deal as far as I am concerned.
If I playing a scenario on a longer route, I save it every so often just in case that happens.
