When you installed reshade, did you use the DX9 option and select Railworks64 (not the experimental version).
Not sure why it's not working. Did you extract the zip file?
If you want to use my preset, you have to extract the .ini file into your railworks folder after you install reshade.
You need to download reshade with added addon support - not just reshade itself.

I couldn't even access the game - so I did a complete reinstall. It works now - one of my many mods probably broke something.
