What do you mean they aren't working? Are they not showing up in your route list? If not you need to close the game properly and reload it.
Just "redownload" the TSW 2 file as TVL needs a jump start.

It's a known bug, you can't have it installed in both game worlds. You need to pick where you want to play it until they fix it.
