TSW DLC usually goes live at midnight here in the UK, this is the first time it hasn't rolled out as planned.
It's not showing up in-game on Xbox One. The achievements are there, but there's no tutorial, no scenarios, nothing.
I've now gone up an M7 level, and completed 5 scenarios, but distance travelled isn't tracking at all.
This has already been fixed via a patch.
Specifically, anything on the LIRR, attempting to complete Tier 2 Mastery, despite the diorama for Tier 1 not unlocking, but I'm stuck at 4/5...
The loading issue appears to have been patched with yesterday's update, loading pipes now remain attached.

Indeed, I have a tutorial tracked on Dovetail Live, attempting to hit 120 MPH now.
Just tried that after you suggested it, boot up screen is still reading 0/0, will see if anything tracks on Dovetail Live.
Does it still display 0/0 Mastery when you boot up, as I'm still seeing that myself?
Make sure you're logged into Dovetail Live in the game, close the game down, then boot it back up again.
