Updated to the latest & supposedly greatest 1.43 & then re added all my DLC (ones that PSN decided I owned!! (No SEHS or Clinchfield!!)) & Still...
On the plus side my Eastcoast way route now works, nothing else even shows in game such as NTP, SEHS, Clinchfield, TVL & non of my 3 German route...
My PS4 TSW2 install is in a state of total failure right now too!

The Blue 47 has a leaky air valve as it likes to apply its own brakes, you have to periodically release them.
Unlikely, for reference the laptop I got that will likely run the game on low settings cost £899 just so you have an idea of the likely mobile...

If you want to fix the 66 tail lights all you have to do is flip the tail light breaker off then on ;)
