What happens when you leave the DRA/AWS/DSD isolated? Try enabling them one by one to see which if any of these is causing the issue.

Tees Valley is an excellent route! Got the 20 for it too, it's all I've been playing for the last few weeks :D
Certain scenarios require running around/shunting etc, sometimes when swapping ends of a loco the game throws a wobbler & says no! Your journey...
