Yes, all the trains should have unique running numbers, regardless of livery.
There are quite alot of green stripe ICE 1‘s in real life, so this is correct. I think only the Railbow ICE 3 is a one-off.

I just checked and updates came through for SEHS and WCL. The ROG 37/7 now shows in timetable mode on PS5.
