Some earlier routes were as low as 1 minute (early as well as late) but we've been relaxing that a lot in later routes.
Its just based on time, i think leeds has about a 5-10 minute allowance, beyond that you get the cross.

It's fixed internally, waiting for it to get out in to the wild at the moment. Don't have an eta for that atm.
Either put the cursor over it and double tap the "X" or A" buttons - or simply double tap the throttle trigger.
If you put AFB in its minimum (one up from OFF) setting, you can use the manual notch up notch down lever to the right.
In reality it's done by double-pressing the throttle control inwards, so if you use a mouse and just double click on the throttle that'll do it....
