I have the TSW4 trains in my TC as well....so there's no issue with your DLC. I'm guessing they just didn't update the line-up for the TSW5 TC

You should be able to remove or spawn in any train of your choosing with the tab key....it doesnt really matter a whole lot which trains are...

This is a relatively common issue with the steam store, its a valve issue not DTG It usually resolves itself after time after everything syncs...
