no I havent changed ends/cabs :) ... but from digging for answers and asking ppl questions, the short version is this: - stuff behaves like it...
I think I once mentioned that it would be nice if it was either in the miniHUD or it would appear as a popup while you are crossing the station...
interesting... since you now mentioned it also on BR 101 Expert, I did some digging and found this thread among other things... what is this meant...
I hope then that BR 101 Expert gets extended to more routes, but also with coaches :) I love how the new brakes behave and such :) and kinda...
never heard of this before... I derive my driving style from my own experience plus a lot of advice from others in various threads (always driving...
ooh ok, if it is so, then that explains why on Kassel Wurzburg I was able to release after Sifa Zwangsbremsung when I was testing before... but...
those diesels sure have some charm, but man, I just love that KISS more :)
I had a slight (possible) bug - I was doing a Kassel Wurzburg run, and decided I need to see indicators better cos you drive a lot in the tunnels,...
so if it substitutes, then it substitutes completely with the new IC coaches? I mean, all expert stuff on those 5 routes works/is fully simulated?
I have just done that one service on Koln Aachen with BR 101 (sandwich formation)... there you release shortly before Koln Hbf... and guess what...
yep... and as many before (in general) have said - if it is good, it is worth the wait :) ... we have many good pieces of routes/locos to enjoy,...
sad thing about 1116 in TSW is that the AFB reset procedure there is not prototypical, even though the model is based on BR 182 DB/MRCE, of which...

dont give up pls, we need more quality German content O:)
they have also put up a rather funny commercial video for it - side by side comparison of old diesel consist and this new EMU running the same...
I believe Lamplight brought this one into the discussion as being prototypical, and I have been using that one ever since on all applicable locos,...
I know that in the BR 101 Expert, the method of AFB reset it prototypical... havent played original 101 for some time, but I remember it being...
oh, right :) but I was right about original BR 101 having the prototypical AFB reset after LZB to PZB transition?
good to know, will try it when I play next time :)
to be more precise, when you put AFB to zero, you should wait like 3 seconds before bringing it back to desired speed, as far as I know :)
as far as I remember, old BR 101 had the prototypical way of AFB reset, played it a couple times on Kassel Wurzburg, as well as that one service...
btw in cab car for some reason, when you use A and D, you can only do Down, Hold and Up... I had to move the lever with mouse into % and then I...
good advice :) plus first time I probably overcharged em too much and they didnt get to 5 bars before Dresden Neustadt... I think I got it right...
I am playing Dresden Riesa in cab car, and even at the start I had to hold Brake overcharge for the Bremse storung light to go off... then I...
it doesnt have to have almost everything on point like the 101 has atm... just... I dont know, sth that would enforce the speed limits and such...
looks like question no.1 was answered but I overlooked it O:)
a couple new questions for you guy or someone else, no big deals this time: 1) Why when I either press Y or U or release either side of doors,...
another point that popped into my mind as I was playing Kassel, y know, a lot of time on my hands and no Storungen :D ... I think that if we are...
this DLC is selling fairly well and the feedback has thus far been very positive... the developers/ppl associated with the project are very...
I like that the safety stuff is enabled by default :D ... no hunting for switches :D ... tho Sifa still haunts me :D now even more than PZB :D
it says stop, reset LSS, if it helps, then great, if not, keep driving and contact the dispatcher... how was I able to reset and get GSM-R going...
when I pressed "Reset" on the GSM-R device, it took a minute to boot up but then it showed everything only when I checked the circuit breaker at...
anyway, managed to avoid Sifa penalty on both of my today's runs, but on the second I ran into this: [ATTACH] in order to flick a circuit breaker,...
it also normally works on Kassel Wurzburg and a couple other routes :)
ok, that explains why it didnt help lol :D ... thanks again for that long post up here, made a screenshot of it and copied it into my document...
oh ok thx for clarification :)
still going, damn :D ... anyway, today I have learned that my understanding of Sifa cos of non-expert DLCs was pretty... off :D ... I perceived...
I mean, if that career mode entailed thorough training modules, not just those simple modules, but sth close to expert stuff, almost like actual...
I believe also Koln Aachen and such? I read somewhere that you can use the 101 on most routes old 101 was as substitution? I am not sure tho
I have made a simple spreadsheet in LibreOffice which calculates this and in the column with braked weight, I have R+Mg values cos thats what I...

if it takes so much time, then no wonder the train goes mostly to crawl or halt even from 160 kph lol note: sorry for multiple posts, but I am...
I also tried holding Brake release, which seemed to release the air brake, but it still didnt help much
so basically all other DLCs + manuals have been "lying" to us non-experts, me included, into thinking that I recover quickly and press Q, I can...
thats weird - cos I press Q, Traktionsperre warning goes away, which should be when brakes start releasing, but they just go into full force and...
I did most of testing on Dresden Riesa... from 160 I usually could recover, at 130 I managed only a couple times and on less speed never... maybe...
also, on Kassel it might have been different cos the consist was much different? there it was BR 101 + 12 2nd class IC coaches I think? could it...
I didnt expect the brakes releasing after pressing Q to be instant, but elsewhere it seemed pretty quick... so I assume this is the first time...
