On my PS5 it often crashes near Syston Jct regardless of if I'm driving a scenario or timetable service.
Also a lot of them look like they are either regenerating or been near a Nuclear explosion they are glowing that much.

If a Driver passes a red signal his work for the day ends anyway so it's quite realistic.
Same on UK routes as well. Locos will spawn with the custom liveries but no carriages. I'd love for that to happen
I usually stand and walk over to it as it's a lot easier than attempting to do it sitting down.
