It’s 108 miles from dc to Richmond so if it were in TSW 2 I think it should from Richmond to Fredericksburg

This railroad runs from Richmond VA to Washington D.C goes through Ashland. Csx and Amtrak are on the rails 24/7 here(Ashland even has a railcam)....
