Just tried WCML Shap and the Mk2b that come with the route do not have passenger views. I know the Mk1s which come with the WLoS do have...
IIRC Mk 1, 2 & 3s that come with DTG routes have passenger views.
As linked on the Steam forum it is due to become payware. Seems it's not the complete freeware version....
This guide will help, it got me started installing freeware and if I can do it anyone can....

Being hypothetical here but I wonder if DTG is ripping it up and starting again. Experience has taught me that reworkings create more problems...

I doubt whether DTG will want to tweak TS too much. If the graphics came near to matching TSW then TSW loses its' usp.
TSxx is a cash cow that DTG will milk until the cows come home.
OP The Class 86 & 87 uses a different type of throttle to other locos. See post 4 and download the pdf therein for instructions on how to drive them.
I'm thinking of the broader issues that if the franchises are withdrawn then the likes of DTG and JT are going to have a lot of stock they cannot...

Did you exit the game between scenarios? Playing scenarios back to back without exiting the game can cause this.
