Is it not depending which ISP you have about the download speed? I think you can't do anything about the download speed on Steam.
Are you not downloading from DTG servers through Steam? I thought it was like that.
It is only when downloading Trainsimulator. Have no problems with other games.

Having problem that the download stops sometimes for a min or 2 and then it continues. Why is that? You other people have the same problem?
