Have a look at the first post. It gives you "This week's theme". Your's have already departed...
I think at level 500, you should be re-evaluating where your life is heading...
Man, there's a whole book of answers for that one! :D
Well done
OI! SPOILER
Hopefully, this DLC will be the best thing to happen to TSW yet. Yes, well done raildan, although probably digging a bit too hard though tbh...
Well, apart from fir trees and snow without lights and reindeer, it's the only possible bit of anywhere in TSW which could be "holiday" related,...
That's the Royal "We". I don't follow the PS/Xbox info so didn't know and found the OP post interesting thanks
Thanks for this, can't wait for the freight DLC for NTP too, should make it the best route out for TSW!
"Holiday Season" isn't really do-able? Sunny or snow shots with no suitcases or reindeer...hmmm. Needs some thought...
Does it help to turn motion blur off? I found that in GWE at times around the windscreen edge.
IRL, on high speed lines, if you're being diverted off at a lower speed junction than "line speed" then you'll go from green to flashing yellows,...
Fitting choice given the recent sad demise of GW HST services. Excellent efforts all round, some look like real life images!
The lighting looks fantastic! Awesome screenshots too raildan!
Another good bit of advice Matt! Maybe a stupid question but rather than use the expense of 3ds Max, could a DLC for TSW be rendered in Blender?...
Wow, now THAT is an answer! :o
Well deserved, and a shout out to Anthony too! Excellent stuff.
The industry standard for modelling is 3ds Max but Blender is awesome and free, with plenty of tutorials on youtube. TSW also uses the Unreal 4...
My sentiments exactly ex_railwayman, but I got shouted down as being ridiculous etc. The "ooh look what I've found, look what I've found...
We do care! Sounds great but I do think another 8GB RAM will ensure you don't have bottlenecks for TSW and anything else you may do. I run a 970...
Fair enough LeadCatcher, a point well made.
Certainly I don't think so but many gamers out there would disagree! I'm also impressed with the AMD processors I run too.
Hmm, yeah, you'll need a decent graphics card and 8GB RAM really. Also, run TSW off a SSD too.
No, it's more the fact that "Spoiler" was on the images, excellent...and not even my doing...so the DTG server being ridiculous!
.
May well make a new thread on not spoiling new DTG content..would be really nice.
A massive thanks for the "Spoiler" cover up. Is that an option with images only?
Are you sending the reverser key past "reverse" and into the off position? Off the top of my head... Just leave in "forward" all the time.
Yeah, buy it on steam sale, I run a "LOVE" GTX 970 and it runs nice, 30fps or so...8GB RAM (although 16 makes future sense tbh)
Pipped at the post DaveTrain99. Great effort all, and thanks to DTG for providing the content!
Looking forward to this route with challenging gradients and hopefully good semaphore signalling. Will the 37 be in the same class as the AP ones...
Looking forward to people not spoiling future content surprises for a change...
I would hope that in future, the folks who can't wait to dig into file names to reveal upcoming DLC can maybe keep it to themselves or at least...
The two digit headcodes were used to denote the route the loco was working, for example, 62 was Charing Cross to Gillingham via Lewisham, 38...
I don't think DTG have skipped anything. The Germany-US-UK cycle is purely a fictitious idea made up by certain forum members.
Does the number plate of the blue car say LMC 1985? It will be interesting to see what, if any, improvements to signalling, physics and scenery...
I run an AMD (ftw) 6300 3.5Ghz with 8GB RAM and a lowly GeForce 970 and get 25 fps out of Paddington, raising to 30-35 elsewhere. This is great to...
Why would you even want to derail? That just shows you aren't capable of ever driving a train.
I reckon they'll have to sort something a little more vigorous if the challenges continue.
I wonder if anyone who didn't do the challenge has access to the award wallpapers?
Enjoying the scenery from a BR1442 Talent2 working a Leipzig Connewitz service on Rapid Transit [ATTACH]
Evening service from the West Country catches the sunset, a HST charges towards London Paddington in GWE [ATTACH]
Reading stuff before posting bold statements or asking questions will never catch on Anthony!
Be interesting to see the physics working in a 1960s hydraulic, very nice!
Well yes, reckon DTG shouldn't feel any pressure to release the next US/UK stuff though, and we shouldn't be asking that of them. As an aside, I...
It would perhaps be healthier to get away from expecting a Germany/US/UK cycle of DLC and be happy with whatever comes along? I for one would love...
Done too but we don't have to declare so?!
I have noticed the same thing on the PC byeo. Certainly, from looking outside also, the coach movement is nice and the hoses jiggle about really well.
Moan moan. This looks fantastic.
It's an accelerometer, it is a visual representation of your acceleration or deceleration. If your bar is in the centre, you are maintaining...
