On further investigation it appears the 807 can run up to 125mph, but it not permitted to run at EPS speeds, so my bad.
South of Stafford the Line Speed indicated on the HUD reaches 115mph whilst driving the Class 807. The Class 807 is not permitted to exceed 110mph.

Reply to the OP. 55% of the total sales of TSW go to consoles. There's no way DTG are going to go down the PC only route.
Sadly the Cargo Line series from Skyhook also suffers from this, and is a personal hate of mine. We have layers, for god sake give me a timetable...

DTG has always been in charge of release dates, but third parties do aim for certain release windows. It's a shame that DTG are just making stuff...
Prediction: TSW will run until 2030. A new game will launch in 2030 by DTG using UE6.
